Today we learnt about St George. I told her the story of St George and she coloured in a picture of him ans his horse
On the back of the horse she wrote Susan (by herself) and joined up the dots to write Kelly and Anna
We made Jumble biscuits using the recipe from her cooking box. She dropped an egg which caused a bit of stress. Think I will be cracking the eggs whilst they are so hard to get hold off! The biscuits tasted good. We made them as circles not as patterns as it was easier
Once we matched all the dragons we then worked at finding the right eggs for the nest and dragon. Again we looked at the highlighted letter and tried to sound the words out.
We also did some maths (with daddy). You counted out number of different things such as swords and knights. You also played a bored game and did some adding up. You spent some time on doodlemaths as well.

We played a dragon phonics game
First we matched the dragon to the right nests looking at the green letter in the name. We also tried to sound out the dragon names
We had a roast chicken for lunch with some yummy veg. I used the left overs to make stock for a stew tommorow.
